We've had a busy few weeks at The White Rooms getting everything ready to reopen our meeting rooms and viewing studios. Our facilities have been deep cleaned, our policy is in place, our team are fully briefed and our doors are now open!

What safety measures do we have in place? 

We've created a safe, welcoming space for your next research session, workshop or meeting. The safety of our team, clients and respondents is paramount. Here are some of the extra safety measures we have put in place:

• Sanitisers on reception and in all rooms 

• Safe distance indicators 

• Social distancing gaps between seats 

• Safety guard on reception

• PPE equipment for all White Rooms staff 

• Face masks available if you wish to use them during sessions

• Increased cleaning in all areas of the office

• Individual sanitised stationery provided

What can I book? 

• We’re pleased to say that all of our rooms are now open for booking. 

• Please note that focus groups can only be run with a maximum number of 6 people while social distancing rules are in place.
